About

Hi, my name is Hugo Ramiro, I live in southern Ontario in the great city of Toronto. I was born in Chile, and most of my family remains there. I fly there when I can. I completed my formal studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1999, and have been in practice since then in the city core as well as in Burlington, a strange and distant suburb of Toronto.

This blog will help me to close what is approaching a decade of medical practice (just long enough for me to not feel junior) and nearly three decades of CMA and meditation training, and hopefully to crystallize some of the lessons I’ve learned. I hope that these insights can help the reader in some way.

The case studies presented within the blog format are fictional accounts based on various real experiences – they should never be misconstrued to reveal real identities, events or places. Non-fictional accounts will be marked as such and have been processed through a rigorous anonymity protocol.
